Here's to 2025 and continuing good health and the gift of running/walking, I'm training for the Endless Endurance Old Six Day 72-hr ultra on a small 5-lane track in April.
Here's to more hiking, painting, and writing. I'm working on my third book—a food memoir/cookbook of my eosinophilic esophagitis journey, my healing Miriam Diet, and adapted recipes and new recipes and menus my husband Jon and I have created free from harmful chemicals that are damaging to the esophagus.
