I Power Walked 3 Ultras & Collected 355.8142 miles: 2026 Race Recaps

I continue to train for my first UltraTrax Philadelphia 28-mile endurance walk/hike on the Schuylkill Trail in September, and have already registered for the2027 Old Six Day 48-hr track ultra in April in Pennsauken, NJ and the 2027 Dawn to Dusk to Dawn 24-hr track ultra in May in Sharon Hill, PA.
Below find the links to my race recaps of these ultras in 2026. I hope you sign up for one, two or all three events in 2027.
And you don't need to run. I power walked my miles to the finish, and once again, placed.
This Is how I did It. Take a look at my laps around the track at the Old Six Day 144-hr track ultra and what it took to collect 239.0644 miles for a second place female finish, and how I collected 73.07 miles around the track at the Dawn to Dusk to Dawn 24-hour track ultra for a 7th place female finish. Read both race recaps, with a lot of pics of homemade food for fuel, and more, in one blog post here.

Here you'll find my Sri Chinmoy 12-hr ultra race recap in June, where I finished first female in my age group. This is a great park loop event in Rockland Lake State Park in New York state.

Every ultra tells a story, a personal story, shared with fellow ultra runners, walkers, and power walkers. We all have our 'why' and inspiration for tackling ultras. I hope to share the track, the course, the trail, the loop with you someday.
