Years ago at our local library’s used book sale I bought a paperback book titled The Books in My Life. I added it to my book collection.

These three books have a special place in my heart. They guide us in times of adversity, uncertainty, trials and tribulations, and even joy.

I love books so much that I rescue them from people’s curbside trash during my training runs.
