I was already a published author before I ventured into blogging. My entry into the blogging world was a pleasant "accident." It started after a chance encounter with Arianna Huffington via the TV. Sleep deprived and unable to sleep one Sunday night, I got up to journal. Then I turned the TV on to one of my favorite public cable channels - C-Span 2 BookTV. I watched Arianna Huffington talk about her book The Sleep Revolution and then announce her email address.
