I write about what I love, what I know, and what I am curious about. I enjoy learning from others and getting inspired. These are my top 10 blog posts. I was pleasantly surprised by how many people have read/viewed my posts about my journey with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), a rare autoimmune disease of the esophagus. Many are inspired by my story and how I healed myself when I created my own diet and eliminated preservatives, additives, food coloring, antibiotics, steroids, pesticides, and insecticides, A few readers want me to write a cookbook. I look forward to doing so.
My posts about my journey with B12 deficiency have reached people through out the world. They continue to reach out to me to tell me that I give them hope and to tell me that I saved their life.
I also write about ultrarunning and have had the great honor of interviewing awesome endurance athletes and elite ultrarunners including, but not limited to, Camille Herron, Catra Corbett, Pamela Chapman Markle, and Dean Karnazes. They are full of inspiration.
And I cannot live with out books. One of my most popular posts is my selection of great memoirs and books about ultrarunning.
